Nature house in Elsloo

This is a sustainable vacation home that we designed and built ourselves. On the outside, it’s surrounded by nature; on the inside, it’s modern, stylish, and wonderfully spacious for 4–5 people. The home features two sliding glass doors, allowing the living room to flow seamlessly onto the terrace, which is furnished with a large patio set. The second terrace, with a spacious canopy, offers plenty of privacy and is furnished with a lounge set. If you’d like to cook for yourself, you’ll find everything you need in the kitchen. Ground floor. Living area with high ceilings and windows, underfloor heating, a comfortable lounge sofa with a smart TV, and a dining table with 4 chairs. Open kitchen with refrigerator, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, grill, steam oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, Nescafé Dolce Gusto with capsules (bring your own), and kettle. Bathroom with rain shower, Alessi sink, and toilet. All windows have screens. Dimensions: double bed 200 x 160 cm and single bed 80 x 200 cm. The loft features two armchairs offering an unobstructed view of the natural surroundings. Art by Marijke Pieters completes the atmosphere. Private charging station.

An ideal spot for nature, tranquility, and outdoor activities. Located in the Drents Friese Wold, one of the largest nature reserves in the Netherlands. This national park features shifting sand dunes, heathland, and forests, with the stunning Kale Duinen as a highlight. It’s Friesland, but with a twist. Here you can enjoy wonderful walks, boating, cycling, horseback riding, and the beautiful natural surroundings. Relaxing on the terrace, you’ll hear only the soothing rustle of the trees and the singing of the birds. Walk straight from the garden into the Drents Friese Wold. Feel like a swim? Lake Canada is just a few minutes away. From the 33-meter-high Bosberg Tower, you can see the cities of Leeuwarden and Groningen on a clear day. Within walking distance of the Bosberg Tower, have lunch at De Jongens van Outdoor or visit the adjacent Appelscha climbing forest. A unique nature reserve is the Fochtelooerveen, featuring a massive chair, a bird-watching hut, and observation tower 7. A beautiful area renowned for its local products.
