On a beautiful location on the outskirts of the beautiful Zeddam lies our B & B with two modern bedrooms side by side with both private bathroom and toilet, and a large spacious suite of 75m2 for 2 to 4 people with private bathroom and breakfast table. (Also bookable for family / group of 6 to 8 people) From the common B&B living room with wood stove there is a beautiful view over the meadows and the Bergherbos, here you can relax and make beautiful walks from the B&B, the luxury breakfast we serve at our dining table in the living room. In the living room is a minibar, there is no possibility to cook yourself. There are many hiking and (mountain bike) cycling routes through the beautiful Montferland with its beautiful nature. You can park your car for free on our property. Our room rate includes breakfast, bed linen, towels and final cleaning. (Tourist tax € 1,25 p.p.p.n to be paid at check out)
Nature and surroundings
Our B&B is located at the Bergherbos, a 1837 ha nature reserve of Natuurmonumenten where you can enjoy walking and cycling, but also a challenging mountain bike route of 26 km runs along our b&b. Through the Bergherbos also runs a part of the Pieterpad and the Noaberpad. For Pieterpadlopers we offer a shuttle service € 5 per ride to Braamt and for € 17.50 per ride to Zelhem or for € 20 per ride to Tolkamer to near the pound. In Zeddam we have 9 restaurants , from pizza , pancake to very luxurious , in short something for everyone. Doetinchem, Zutphen, Doesburg, Kleve and S 'Heerenberg are very nice cities nearby to include museums, stores, restaurants, etc. to visit.

Robert October 20, 2022 General rating:Prima gastvrouw en gastheer, heerlijk ontbijt, veel info mbt omgeving, fijne slaapkamer met een prima bed.
Nature, peace & environment:In dit huisje ervaar je rust. Geen geluid van verkeer of ander lawaai. Direct gelegen naast het natuurgebied Montferland waar je vele wandel- en fietsroutes hebt. Ook 1 van NL mooiste MTB routes. Kortom, genieten geblazen.
