We have owned this chalet since 2000. In the spring of 2021 the chalet was thoroughly renovated and equipped with a new kitchen and bathroom. The chalet has a living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. It is suitable for up to 4 persons. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, fridge with separate freezer compartment and combination microwave. In both bedrooms there is a double bed of 140x200. Outside is a terrace with garden table and 4 garden chairs. The cottage has WiFi.
Nature and surroundings
The chalet is located on a small park where peace and nature is central. The park has a recreational lake with a beach where you can swim and sail. To keep the water in good quality fishing is unfortunately not allowed. In the vicinity of Eibergen is plenty to do and experience. For example, visit the Mallumsche watermill or the beautiful hiking area around the Berkel or the Zwillbrockervenn just across the border. The cities of Enschede and Winterswijk are also nearby.

There is some room for maintenance but in itself fine cottage.
Er is wat ruimte voor onderhoud maar op zich prima huisje.
Basic cottage but everything you need is in it so great as a base for walks and bike rides. The area is perfect for that. The owners are very friendly and helpful and give tips for what to do in the area. Very hospitable. All in all, a good experience.
Basic huisje maar alles wat je nodig hebt, zit erin dus prima als uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen en fietstochten. De omgeving leent zich daar bij uitstek voor. Achter het huisje een groot meer waar het prima vertoeven is, ook met kinderen en leuk om even heerlijk omheen te wandelen.
