Nature house in Noto

The property includes the Villa, a dependance (with 1 double bed and a bathroom) and 5000 sqm of land where we cultivate olive trees, carobs and Her Majesty the 'Pizzuta' Almond, symbol of this landscape which is its only natural habitat worldwide. The Villa features two bedrooms (1 double bed, two single beds) each with its own bathroom, and a kitchen with living (with a sofabed). The style of the Villa is as close as possible to an authentic Sicilian country house. All around the Villa are three beautiful and spatious verandas, perfect to dine or chill out while enjoying the outstanding panoramic view over the Noto Valley, the Capital of Barocco and its beaches with their crystal clear waters. Two terraces complete the outdoor spaces, without mentioning the field, with its trees under which you can enjoy the view, the silence and the beauty of their fronds and trunks. The property is located on top of a hill in front of Noto, which, along with the view, blesses it with rare breezes.

The Noto Valley is characterized by a hilly landscape scattered with almond and olive tree plantations on hilltops, and with lemon and orange tree plantations in basins, while the Mediterranean Maquis is endemic and at every corner. The municipality of Noto is the fourth biggest in Italy, and it includes two Natural Reserves, the Cavagrande Reserve (https://www.cavagrandedelcassibile.it/) on the Iblei mountains, right behind the city, which is a system of natural lakes in a calcareous canyon; and the Vendicari Oasis , on the coast, a system of marshlands with beautiful beaches, a birds sanctuary (including flamingos) and nesting ground for seaturtles. The history of this land is sculped and painted in the buildings of its city, the Capital of Baroque, built in its natural pink stone which makes the sun play with colors at sunset.
