The area lends itself very well to wonderful cycling on country roads, shortcuts and so-called church paths. The rolling fields along meandering streams and hedgerows form the beautiful backdrop for these cycling tours. J you are guaranteed to enjoy the lovingly situated farmhouses with their beautiful white wind-breaks and colorful facades. Small villages and towns are interspersed with larger places like Winterswijk, Zutphen and Doetinchem. But even a trip to Germany has its own atmosphere. Think of a town like Bocholt 14 km away. Or a beautiful subtropical swimming paradise 9 km away.
