The self-contained cottage is located behind our own house, an old mayor's house built in 1880. The accommodation has its own entrance and a private terrace. There are two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. There is plenty of parking space.
Nature and surroundings
The cottage is located between the two churches in the center of the picturesque village of Alem in the Bommelerwaard. Within walking distance of the river Maas and its floodplains. In the vicinity are beautiful hiking and cycling. There are no stores in Alem itself, but the supermarket in Rossum is less than ten minutes by bike. Also Kerkdriel with all amenities is nearby. Zaltbommel is less than ten minutes by car and the cozy Den Bosch is fifteen minutes away.
