Located in a wooded area with high sandy grounds and 2 National Parks in the region of the Frisian Woods, close to Appelscha. In the quiet village of Donkerbroek you can go for small groceries. The village is located in the triangle of the cities Drachten, Assen & Heerenveen. You can cycle, walk, play golf or visit Duinenzathe amusement park. On a quiet street, lies this unique simple forest farmhouse dating from 1906-1930. Upon entering, you immediately experience the homely atmosphere. In the house there are 2 gas stoves. Next to the master bedroom is a loft where children can sleep well (note: steep stairs). From the terrace you have a beautiful view over the countryside. There is WiFi in the house and a maximum of 2 pets are allowed.
