Our rural 5-person vacation home is located in the Frisian forests, approximately 2 km from the village of Jubbega. Surrounded by nature, with water, meadows, and views of the forest. The vacation home, approximately 125 m², is a standalone, completely private unit with its own entrance. The property features a fully equipped kitchen-living room and a living room with a cozy fireplace. There are 3 bedrooms—2 in the basement, 1 on the ground floor—and a Finnish sauna. All amenities, including the sauna and linens, are included in the price, as is the 2.65 per person per night tourist tax. (except for use of the charging station) The upper terrace offers a beautiful view of the meadows, and the lower terrace is located right on the water. A canoe and a children’s boat are available. The paddling area is 0.5 km long. There is a built-in BBQ. Playground equipment is located on the landlord’s private property and may be used by arrangement. The landlord is not liable for the use of the playground equipment, canoe, boat, or other items. Rental period: from early May through late October, minimum stay of 3 nights

Everything was just as described and very well maintained. What stood out to us was that the kitchen was well-equipped and fully stocked, and the knives were sharp. We’ve had different experiences in the past and used to bring our own knives, but that’s definitely not necessary here.
