Nature house in Jubbega

Our rural 5-person vacation home is located in the Frisian forests, approximately 2 km from the village of Jubbega. Surrounded by nature, with water, meadows, and views of the forest. The vacation home, approximately 125 m², is a standalone unit, completely private with its own entrance. The property features a fully equipped kitchen-living room and a living room with a cozy fireplace. There are 3 bedrooms—2 in the basement, 1 on the ground floor—and a Finnish sauna. All amenities, including the sauna and linens, are included in the price, which also covers the 2.65 per person per night tourist tax. (except for use of the charging station) The upper terrace offers a beautiful view of the meadows, and the lower terrace is located right on the water. A canoe and a children’s boat are available. Navigable area length: 0.5 km. Built-in BBQ. Playground equipment is located on the landlord’s private property and may be used by arrangement. The landlord is not liable for the use of playground equipment, the canoe, the children’s boat, or other accessories. Rental period: from early May through late October, minimum stay of 3 nights

From the terrace, you can enjoy the view of the meadows and the setting sun, various species of birds, hares, and—with a little luck—groups of roe deer. There are plenty of hiking and biking trails in the area. Outdoor swimming pool “De Delte” is 5 km away in Gorredijk, or the natural swimming area in Jubbega is 1 km away. The vacation home is surrounded by nature reserves, such as the Dellebuursterheide, Lippenhuisterheide, Beetsterzwaag, the Appelscha Dunes, the Duurswouderheide, De Alde Feanen, the Frisian Lakes, the Weerribben, and Giethoorn. A tour of the eleven Frisian cities with their unique fountains is easily accessible from the vacation home, or you can spend a day enjoying one of the beautiful Frisian islands. There is a supermarket in the village of Jubbega, 2 km away. In Gorredijk, 5 km away, there are several supermarkets.
