This house is a so-called "rustico," a 300-year-old house on a former vineyard. Years ago the house was renovated and now it is a large house for up to 14 people. Very suitable for a large family or for 2 or 3 families. The house has all the comforts: 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (plus a bathroom without shower), a large kitchen with all desirable equipment and a cozy living room. In the evening it is lovely to stay under the portico. Around the house are nice (shady) places. For the children there are two trampolines, a table tennis table and the great pool. From the terrace and the infinity pool you have the most beautiful view, where the "million dollar view" never gets boring. Next to the beautiful pool is a private beach where it is fun to play tennis, beach volleyball or soccer.
Nature and surroundings
The house is located on the border of southern Piedmont and Liguria, with a breathtaking view of the picturesque Sale San Giovanni and the 9 hills of the Langhe and the Alps ending in the Mediterranean.The house is located on a wooded slope of no less than 36,000 m2 at 700 m altitude. Peace and quiet are guaranteed. The area is almost completely free of mosquitoes. However, there are fireflies, birds of prey, wild boar, foxes and deer, sometimes very close.Walking can be done directly from the house, through the pristine nature down the slope. Also in the area there are beautiful hiking and biking through the hilly landscape. Beautiful towns and villages (such as Murazzano, Ceva and Mondovi) in the area are definitely worth a visit. There are also authentic top restaurants and wine farms in the area, where it is nice to taste the best wines of Italy and experience the fantastic cuisine of Piedmont (slow food).
