This nature house is strategically located in the heart of the Ebro Delta Natural Park; a hotspot for biodiversity in search of balance with human presence. The nature house stands among rice fields and is further surrounded by about fifty olive trees, 12 types of fruit trees and a permaculture garden, on a plot of 7000 m2. The nature house was recently renovated with environmentally friendly materials and respect for traditional methods. Sustainability has received attention in such things as the biological septic tank and heating. Electricity comes from a cooperative that supplies only renewable energy. The nature house has two independent spaces, the main house and the adjoining loft. The main house has 2 bathrooms, an open kitchen, a living/dining room and 5 bedrooms, 1 of which is on the ground floor. The loft has its own bathroom and open kitchen. There is a beautiful garden in front of the house with olives and fruits and vegetables that we could enjoy. Lovely terrace with shade from the tree in front of the house. Spacious authentic bedrooms. The kitchen is on the small side, but fully equipped. The space around the house gives a lot of privacy and sense of freedom. The house is close to the road but we have not experienced that as disturbing.
Het is een mooi huis met veel ruimte binnen en buiten. Er is een mooie tuin voor het huis met olijven en groenten en fruit waar we van mochten genieten. Heerlijk terras met schaduw vd boom voor ‘t huis. Ruime authentieke slaapkamers. De keuken is aan de kleine kant; wel van alle gemakken voorzien. De ruimte om t huis geeft veel privacy en gevoel van vrijheid. Het huis ligt dicht bij de weg maar dat hebben we niet als storend ervaren.
Nature, peace & environment:We enjoyed the many bird species in the Delta. The mountains offer beautiful hiking and there are wonderful beaches.
We hebben genoten van de vele vogelsoorten in de Delta. De bergen bieden mooie wandelgelegenheid en er zijn heerlijke stranden.
