Nature house in Veere

This vacation home is a comfortable and cozy cottage with a beautiful garden and a covered porch. The cottage is a semi-detached home located at the rear of the owners’ house. You have your own private entrance on the side of the house and complete privacy in the backyard. You enter the vacation home through the covered porch into the kitchen-living room. Here you’ll find the new, fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities, plus a dining area overlooking the garden. Next, you’ll enter the cozy living room with a seating area and a sofa bed that can be pulled out into a double bed. Adjacent to this is the bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. The staircase in the living room leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed. You can park your car at the front of the house on the driveway. If you bring bicycles, they can be stored under the porch, and you can also charge electric bikes. In the garden, you’ll find two sun loungers.

The house is ideally located, less than a ten-minute walk from the charming center of the picturesque town of Veere. Here you’ll find several good restaurants, cute shops, and outdoor cafes along the marina and in the market square. There’s also a small beach in Veere on the shore of Lake Veere. This beach is perfect for young children; it’s a wonderful place to go for a quick swim after a day of biking, and you can watch the sun set beautifully here in the evening. The Veerse Bos forest along De Kreek is just around the corner. Veere is an ideal starting point for exploring the island of Walcheren by bike. The North Sea beach at Vrouwenpolder is about a twenty-minute bike ride away, and you can get there in just seven minutes by car. Middelburg, with its many shops and restaurants, is about a ten-minute drive away, and Domburg, with its beautiful golf course, is about a twenty-minute drive away. Near Serooskerke, less than a ten-minute drive away, there’s a really fun outdoor playground for children of all ages.
