Nature house in chiddes

This Maison is an old farmhouse on a small road 50 meters from the forest on a southern slope with beautiful views of the meadow hilly surroundings. There is parking next to and in front of the house. From the hall 2 bedrooms a toilet, bathroom and the living room are accessed. The master bedroom has a private balcony on the garden side with a view. The bright double-height living room with old oak beams, has a large dining table, built-in cabinets, a kitchenette and sitting area overlooking the hills. On the mezzanine is a second sitting area and work table where children can also enjoy drawing. On the landing is a 2nd bathroom and toilet and 2 spacious bedrooms. The living room adjoins a spacious covered terrace, of course you want to be outside in France. In the summer there is a swimming pool. The upper and lower garden are connected by stairs and are together 2000 m2, you can have a nice walk along the hedges and meadows. Pick the fallen fruit and nuts and pick the grapes!

From the house you can go directly into nature, there are several smaller and larger walks possible, in the woods or between the meadows, through villages or just nature. The southern Morvan is a beautiful nature reserve with deciduous and coniferous forests interspersed with meadows. Through the hills there are beautiful views. The highest point of the Morvan, the Haut Folin of almost 1000 meters is a stone's throw away. Nearby is also Mont Beuvray where there is a Roman excavation and the new museum Bibracte. The high hills are a walhalla for the sporty cyclist and mountain biker, there are numerous routes and beautiful climbs. Then of course there are the nice French villages, terraces and churches, where many events are organized. A larger ancient Roman city with lots of history nearby is Autun. Just under an hour away is the world-famous wine region of Burgundy.
