Nature house in Eefde

The detached nature house is a wooden bungalow beautifully situated in a wooded area in the Achterhoek, between Deventer and Zutphen. It is freely situated in a 1/4 ha private forest. In this forest there are also a number of other bungalows situated at a sufficient distance from each other. The house has a living room (with sofa bed) and an open kitchen. Adjacent to the living room are two bedrooms. Through the hallway there is access to another bedroom and a simple bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of crockery and cutlery, a refrigerator and microwave. There is a TV and internet (WIFI) and central heating. Through the living room you enter a lovely forest terrace, where from early spring until late autumn you can sit outside in the sun. With beautiful views over the fields and woods. On the terrace are garden chairs and picnic table. With a little luck, you can see a deer or a hare walking or squirrels in the trees.

The house is located in a landscape with alternating forest, heathland, fields and meadows and partly unpaved roads and the Gorsselse heath. Ideal for walking, cycling or otherwise enjoying nature. In front of the nature house a large meadow, terrace with plenty of sun and beautiful rhododendrons and of course the forest. At 600 meters is a forest restaurant, the Zevensprong, start and end point of various cycling and hiking tours. There is a miniature golf course there and a playground. Also nearby is a true vineyard, the Zessprong, with a cozy terrace. Three kilometers away in Gorssel is the Museum MORE. Also supermarkets (open on Sundays) at three kilometers, in Gorssel and Eefde, as well as the tourist office. The picturesque Deventer and Zutphen are nearby. Ideal for shopping, going out or visiting museums. Bronkhorst, the smallest town in the Netherlands, is within cycling distance. Furthermore, near the house there is opportunity for swimming, go-karting, fishing and horseback riding.
