Nature house in Warten

Beautiful cottage only important that you read the instructions (we did this only on the last day) so the battery was empty. Also the first 1.5 days no water but that was not to spoil the fun

Mooi huisje alleen wel van belang dat je de instructies lees (dit deden wij pas op de laatste dag) waardoor de accu leeg was geraakt. Tevens de eerste 1,5 dag geen water maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken

Great house in in a lovely quiet place. Only some boats in the canal at the back, but this is not disturbing

Geweldig huis in op een heerlijke rustige plek. Enkel wat boten in het kanaal aan de achterzijde, maar dit is niet storend

Unique place, nice cottage, cozy and nicely decorated, everything available, clean. You first have to sail fifteen minutes with a motorboat that comes with the cottage. We landlubbers (and the dog) found it quite exciting at first, especially in windy conditions, but we soon got used to it. The dog was able to scamper around the cottage. If you want to walk you have to take the boat first.

Unieke plek, leuk huisje, gezellig en mooi ingericht, alles aanwezig, schoon. Je moet eerst een kwartier varen met een motorbootje dat bij het huisje hoort. Wij landrotten (en de hond) vonden dat in het begin best spannend, zeker bij wind, maar het wende snel. De hond kon lekker rondscharrelen rond het huisje. Als je wilt wandelen moet je eerst het bootje pakken.

Unique place on private island, overlooking bird lake. Bird sounds and further silence. Just behind the cottage runs a canal, where it is sometimes busy with (sometimes large!) boats so that disturbs the silence during the day, but we found it cozy. Canoeing is better a little further away in narrow inland waters, fairy-like beautiful, and not bothered by larger boats.

Unieke plek op eigen eiland, met uitzicht op vogelmeer. Vogelgeluiden en verder stilte. Vlak achter het huisje loopt een vaart, waar het soms druk is met (soms grote!) boten dus dat verstoort overdag de stilte, maar wij vonden het wel gezellig. Kanoën kun je beter iets verderop doen in smalle binnenwatertjes, sprookjesachtig mooi, en geen last van grotere boten.

Even though the weather was a bit changeable, we really enjoyed everything.

Ook al was het weer wat wisselvallig, we hebben van echt alles genoten.

Unforgettable! What a wonderful place.... We are silent.

Onvergetelijk! Wat een prachtplek…. We zijn er stil van.
