You can spend hours on the terraces or by the private pool that offer a beautiful view of the distant Alps.With a living area of about 200m2, the house offers enough space for one or even several families; a large living room, a spacious kitchen and dining room, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. The nature house has a beautiful landscaped garden, 2 terraces facing south and a private entrance with parking for about 5 cars. The large private pool (12X5) was built in 2015. The lighting in the pool and the garden makes it great for evening swimming. The pool is fenced and has electric locks for extra safety. In and around the house is plenty of space for children to play. The house is beautifully situated at 400 meters altitude and in the middle of nature with forest, hiking / biking / horseback riding trails and several streams of which the Ardèche, right around the house. From here you can easily visit the typical villages with their weekly markets and summer festivals. The house is also close to all tourist attractions in the Ardèche such as Aubenas (castle), Vals les Bains (spa) and not far from Vallons Pont D'Arc (famous bridge). Just behind the house there is a small dirt road that leads to a (private) river beach. Around the house you will find several hiking, cycling and horseback riding routes.You are in the middle of nature but only 10 minutes from the first bakery, butcher and village pubs.
