The house is located in the small and cozy Vergt-de-Biron, a village in the heart of the Dordogne.The house is entirely on the ground floor, and has a modern and very comfortable interior. There is a cozy courtyard with a beautiful covered terrace with barbecue where you can enjoy culinary evenings. Discover the variety of landscapes in the Dordogne: the many orchards and vineyards, forests and open landscapes. The house is located between the fields and meadows and has 8000m2 of land with its 2 horses! Visit Wednesday and Saturday morning market in Villeréal (10min by car) or Thursday morning in Monpazier (6min by car). Take a day trip to Sarlat, Bergerac, Cahors or to one of the larger cities such as Bordeaux and Toulouse.
