We offer a renovated barn with 3 spacious bedrooms all with en suites, located just 4 km from our nearest Town; Saint Savin. The Gîte offers extremely spacious accommodation with exposed beams, tiled floor and a light airy feel throughout, the Gîte has been finished to a high standard with all the equipment you would expect to find in a holiday rental of this quality. We are well situated for exploring the many attractions in the Region including Futuroscope. GUESTS HAVE EXCLUSIVE USE OF ALL FACILITIES. Open plan lounge, kitchen and dining with 3 large bedrooms all with en suite walk-in showers and one bath. Our Gite sleeps 8, cots can be added to the spacious bedrooms. The Gite is very private with some amazing views from the swimming pool area overlooking fantastic countryside. We have enough sun beds for all guests and there are table and chairs for al fresco dining. To the side of the property there is another terrace with patio furniture perfect for relaxing in the shade.

This location of this nature house is so peaceful and beautiful with stunning views from every aspect; It feels like being in the middle of nowhere but only 4 km to Saint Savin, our local town. The town is big enough, which accommodates; Boulangeries, Pharmacy, Post Office, Banks (with ATM's) , supermarkets and a few restaurants and bars. This property is situated in one of the most beautiful departments of France and with the second largest Abbey in this Region. This location has one of the best warmest climates in France, second only to the Mediterranean coast but without the long drive, we are exceptionally accessible by Ferries, Planes and Automobiles.
