This nature house is a recently renovated villa located in the Simli residential neighborhood of Nieuwpoort-Bad, within walking distance of the beach and the shopping street. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a cozy fireplace, a digital TV, a seating area, a large dining table, and a bar that connects the dining area to the fully equipped kitchen (which also features two large Teppanyaki griddles for a fun dining experience), There is also a bathroom on the ground floor with a shower, a sink, and a toilet. There is also a bedroom downstairs with a box-spring bed for two people. Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa. On the upper floor, there is a sitting area in the hallway and four spacious bedrooms; the rooms are equipped with bedding and bath towels. Upstairs, there is a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, a bathtub, and a double sink. Next to the bathroom is a separate toilet. There is a large garden with a sun terrace, a barbecue, garden furniture, and a cable car for the kids.
Nature and surroundings
The villa is a 2-minute walk from the dune area (Simli Dunes) and the new mountain bike trail, or 800 m from the beach; alternatively, the ferry takes you from the right bank of the IJzer to the promenade in Nieuwpoort.

Zeer mooi huis. Alle comfort aanwezig.
