This nature house is a recently renovated villa and is located in a residential area Simli in Nieuwpoort-bad within walking distance of the beach and shopping street. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a cozy stove, a digital TV, a sitting area, large dining table and a bar that connects the dining area with the kitchen which is equipped with all facilities (there are also two large Teppanyaki plates available for cozy dining), there is also a bathroom on the ground floor with a shower, a sink and a toilet. There is also a bedroom downstairs with a box spring for two persons. There is wifi throughout the villa. Upstairs there is a sitting area in the hall and 4 spacious bedrooms , the rooms are equipped with bed linen and bath towels. Upstairs there is a spacious bathroom with step-in shower and bathtub and double sink. Next to the bathroom there is a separate toilet. There is a large garden with sun terrace, bbq, and garden furniture and a cable car for the kids .
Nature and surroundings
The villa is 2 min walk from the dunes area ( simliduinen ) and the new mountain bike route , or 800 m from the beach , or the ferry takes you from the right bank of the Yser to the promenade at Nieuwpoort .
