Attractive nature house with lots of privacy in Kortgene, in a green park on Lake Veere. The nature house is suitable for 4 persons, has 3 bedrooms. The living room is furnished with furniture from the 60s. One room with double bed, two with single bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Kitchen with oven, microwave and refrigerator. Living room with wood stove and doors to terrace and garden. The area offers entertainment for water sports enthusiasts. Cyclists and hikers can enjoy the special landscape. The wood stove is the main source of heat. There is an air conditioner that can provide additional heating in winter and there are electric heaters in the bathroom and in the double bedroom. The maximum capacity of the cottage is 4 people, including babies.
Nature and surroundings
Lake Veere is a 2-minute walk away. For divers, the Zeeland Bridge is a 5-minute drive away; for hikers and cyclists, there are many beautiful routes to follow; it is centrally located in the province. Also for Burgundians there is much to experience. In Kortgene you will find several nice restaurants. Zeeland has no less than 7 Michelin restaurants; Restaurant Katseveer in Wilhelminadorp, just 10 minutes from Kortgene, is one of them. For the children there is Deltapark Neeltje Jans, Family Amusement Park Mini Mundi in Middelburg, many indoor playgrounds and of course the beach and the sea. Our cottage is within walking distance of the marina and the center of Kortgene. Also easy to reach by public transport. The bus stop is nearby. For most amenities you don't have to look far. In Kortgene you will find a bakery, supermarket (also open on Sunday morning; very special in Zeeland), snack bar, butcher, home improvement store, newsagent, ATM, Post NL service point, dry cleaner, gas station and hairdresser.
