Private apartment for two connoisseurs: private terraces, large garden, unique panorama, directly in the nature park. Unique sunrises from the bedroom. High-quality equipped kitchen with granite worktops, Labrador counter, many kitchen utensils, dishwasher (Miele). In the living area is a wood-burning stove with glass window for romantic hours, bedroom with double bed (open foot end, 2m), small workplace, large bathroom ensuite. Exposed natural stone walls, exposed beams, modern graphics and design elements create a stylish ambience. Can be completely darkened with shutters, mosquito screens. 60 cm thick stone walls prevent high temperatures indoors in summer. Two private terraces: one directly in front of the entrance, the other in front of the bedroom, each facing different directions. Garden furniture available (table, chairs, garden loungers, parasol)
Nature and surroundings
Located directly in the nature park (Gola della Rosa e di Frassasi). 500 meters of altitude guarantee a wide view over sloping hills to the Adriatic Sea in the Marche, Italy. Numerous hikes are possible from the large garden (5,000 m²). Fresh culinary herbs, organic vegetables, large old holm oaks, elms, olives, fruit trees, Mediterranean plants (lavender, oleander, fragrant roses). View of Arcevia, Serra de Conti, Montecarotto, Avacelli Visit the small castles in the surrounding area and enjoy the dolce far niente. Our municipality has been included in the list of Borgi piu belli d`Italia (most beautiful places in Italy) since 2022. Stalactite caves, Grotte di Frassassi, the lively coastal town of Senigallia, Rimini, Ascoli Piceno offer promenade strolls, Jesi: birthplace of Frederick II, Macerata and Pesaro with opera festivals. Every guest receives a list of cultural guides and hiking maps with the booking confirmation. A collection of tips is available on site.
