It enjoys beautiful views of Monopoli and the Adriatic Sea and is located outside the village, but only 10 minutes from the coast. The large L-shaped terrace has a dining set, a lounge set and a canopy that provides shade. There is a spacious living room with nice large windows to enjoy the view. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed for 2, a smart TV and a dining area. The semi-open kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop and a nespresso machine, among other things. The bedroom is accessed through a sliding door and has a double bed and its own smart-TV. The bathroom has a spacious shower stall. At the back is a second terrace. The nature house is on the second floor of a typical Pugliese villa located outside the village of Monopoli. It is about 8 minutes to the village, but within walking distance you can find a small supermarket, a butcher, a bar and restaurant, among other things. Along the way you will pass several farms where you can also make your Pugliese purchases, such as fresh bread, honey, milk and cheese. The Adriatic coast is nearby, you are in the best place for days of beach fun, where you can choose from sandy beaches, small village beaches, rocky beaches and various beach clubs. The area is also great for hiking and cycling. The Itria valley is very popular with cyclists and offers beautiful hike routes. Of course, you also come here for the gastronomy!
