The Montesoffio estate is a small, safe and green oasis of peace in authentic Le Marche, far from traffic with wide views. There are 8 (2 and 3-room) apartments with private entrance, kitchen and living room is on the ground floor. You walk from the kitchen and living room into the garden. The 4 B&B rooms are on the 1st floor and have their own common entrance on the BG. The owners themselves live on the estate and are always there for you. Italian meals are regularly cooked and outside in the garden the LONG TABLE is set for a BBQ, a nice dinner, or crispy thin PIZZA'S from the wood oven. Around the house there are several terraces and a panoramic saltwater pool with comfortable furniture, There is a house bar and free Wifi. For an electric car there is a LAADPUNT available (20 kW, T2 plug). Prices quoted are for a 2-room apartment per day/week in mid-season for 2 people (excluding cleaning fee).

The estate is located on a hill in a peaceful valley, away from traffic and only 25 minutes from beaches and mountains. Montesoffio is surrounded by nature, colorful farmland and medieval towns in the beautiful hill country of the still authentic region LE MARCHE. Anja and Emile themselves live on the estate, so they can advise everyone about the beaches to visit, towns and villages (Urbino, Fano, Fabriano, Senigallia, Mondavio, Corinaldo), natural parks (Frasassi, Furlo, Conero, Apennines) and the numerous nearby wine cantinas, markets, outlets and restaurants.
