You will stay in the middle of the green, with 900 m² of garden around, a stream behind the house and a forest within walking distance - great for hikers and nature lovers. Downstairs you will find a double bedroom, bathroom, utility room (washing machine, dryer, microwave), a cozy living room with wood stoves and a well-equipped kitchen. Our nature house is quietly located in the green Thiérache, a hilly area in northern France. The forest is within walking distance - perfect for hiking, with a chance of seeing deer or boar. 20 minutes away by car is a swimming lake with plenty of activities for young and old: pedalos, miniature golf, a zipline across the water and tree-top trails for young children. Visit atmospheric cities like Saint-Quentin, Laon (with medieval upper town and cathedral) and Reims, city of champagne. Nature, peace & environment:We had a very nice stay in Lerzy. Very cozy cottage. With the wood stoves very good to get it up to temperature. It was not weather to use the terrace (late October) but seems very pleasant in summer. "A l'aise".... Everything was there, also in the kitchen is everything you might need. Bed downstairs is electrically adjustable, very comfortable, good mattresses. Street is sooo quiet, the ideal base for long walks in the green. Very nice and smooth contact with Ton and Joyce, pleasant people. We will be back for another summer edition.
We hadden een heel fijn verblijf in Lerzy. Heel gezellig huisje. Met de houtkachels heel goed te doen om het op temperatuur te krijgen. Het was geen weer om het terras te gebruiken (eind oktober) maar lijkt me heel aangenaam in de zomer. "A l'aise"....
Alles was aanwezig, ook in de keuken is alles wat je nodig zou kunnen hebben. Bed beneden is elektrisch verstelbaar, zeer comfortabel, goede matrassen.
Straatje is zooo rustig, de ideale uitvalsbasis voor lange wandelingen in 't groen. Mooie streek.
