Welcome to this beautifully designed, detached Reed House on a spacious plot of private land. The nature house offers a breathtaking view of the Lauwersmeer and the surrounding nature. You'll never get tired of this place. The L-shaped terrace, surrounded by reeds, is a wonderful place to relax. The house is located in a rustic and small-scale park without facilities, next to a harbor and surrounded by unspoiled nature. You are here in Oostmahorn, close to Dokkum. In short, a wonderful place!Through the entrance you reach the living room with doors to the terrace. The many windows offer you here again a beautiful view. The compact but complete open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. From the kitchen area an open staircase leads to the mezzanine with 3 bedrooms. The bathroom with sink, shower, toilet are on the ground floor.

The nature house is surrounded by pristine nature. There are plenty of hiking, biking and water sports opportunities. The house is close to the Wadden Sea (with its ebb & flow), so you can also take mudflat trips from here. The neighboring village of Paesens-Moddergat is a wonderful example of this. The village of Wierum is also well worth a visit. You can eat delicious fish in the port of Lauwersoog or in the admiralty town of Dokkum. From this house you can easily visit the Wadden Islands of Ameland and/or Schiermonnikoog. If you want to go shopping, you can go to Leeuwarden, Groningen or Drachten. In short, there is plenty to discover and experience in this beautiful part of Friesland. Within walking distance are several restaurants where you can enjoy various regional products. You can also bring your own sub board, there is place for it at the house. Within walking distance you can charge your electric car.
