Nature house in Biggekerke

The truck has its own washroom building a short walk away containing a fine shower, toilet and fully equipped kitchen. Towels are provided, the bed is made, you feel right at home! For the bicycle enthusiast there is a place to park your bike and also for the electric car there is a charging station. I spent three wonderful nights and was sorry to have to go home again.

De truck heeft een eigen sanitaire gebouwtje op kleine loopafstand met daarin een prima douche, toilet en volledig ingerichte keuken. Handdoeken zijn voorzien, het bed is opgemaakt, je voelt je gelijk thuis! Voor de fietsliefhebber is er een plek om je fiets te stallen en ook aan de elektrische auto is gedacht middels een laadpaal.

Ik heb er drie heerlijke nachten doorgebracht en vond het jammer dat ik weer naar huis moest.

What a fantastic place for a nature house! The converted truck is beautiful and fully equipped, including screens for all windows which you could also completely darken through shutters and a blissful bed. I was most excited by the various cozy seating areas. The cottage itself has a beautiful veranda from which you can watch the sunrise and the horses in the field next to the property. They graze in the front yard, so to speak. And at night you can see the lights of Middelburg in the distance: very special! In addition, you have a picnic table overlooking another meadow where you can sit in the sun for a long time in the afternoon and evening, very nice after a day of walking. In the morning you can get a visit from the chicken family. Truly a paradise for tranquility and nature lovers! I myself love walking and from the cottage you can walk to Flushing (12 km) or Westkapelle (14 km). Both with beautiful routes through forests and dunes.

Wat een fantastische plek voor een natuurhuisje! De omgebouwde truck is schitterend en van alle gemakken voorzien, zoals horren voor alle ramen welke je ook volledig kon verduisteren middels luiken en een zalig bed. Het meest enthousiast werd ik van de diverse knusse zitjes. Zo heeft het huisje zelf een prachtige veranda vanwaar je de zonsopgang kunt aanschouwen en de paarden in de wei naast het terrein. Ze grazen als het ware in de voortuin. En ‘s nachts zie je in de verte de verlichting van Middelburg: heel bijzonder! Daarnaast heb je nog een picknicktafel die uitkijkt op een ander weiland en waar je s middags en ‘s avonds nog lang in het zonnetje kunt zitten, heel fijn na een dag wandelen.
In de ochtend kun je zomaar bezoek krijgen van de rondscharrelende familie kip. Echt een paradijsje voor de rust en natuurliefhebber! Zelf ben ik van wandelen en vanuit het huisje loop je zo naar Vlissingen (12 km) of Westkapelle (14 km). Beiden met prachtige routes door bossen en duingebied.

Very nice accommodation, cozy and wonderfully quiet. Everything is well laid out. Lots of seating on terrace and all around. In June we still caught the evening sun. Close to beach, Flushing and Middelburg. Service house with plumbing and kitchen was convenient and complete. Very convenient that there was already a flashlight hanging ready for the evening.

Heel leuke accommodatie, sfeervol en heerlijk rustig. Alles is goed uitgelegd. Veel zitruimte op terras en rondom. In juni pakten we nog lekker de avondzon mee. Dicht bij strand, Vlissingen en Middelburg. Servicehuisje met sanitair en keuken was handig en compleet. Heel handig dat er al een zaklamp klaar hing voor s' avonds.

Lovely quiet place at the edge of the property with only sounds of the animals. In the evening a place in the sun at the picnic table. View over pasture with horses and pheasants and rabbits scurrying by. Cozy little chickens passing by. We were there in late June and the area and beach are still nice and quiet.

Heerlijk rustige plek aan de rand van het terrein met alleen geluiden van de dieren. 's Avonds een plekje in de zon aan de picknicktafel. Uitzicht over wei met paarden en voorbijscharrelende fazanten en konijnen. Gezellige kippetjes die langskwamen. Wij waren er eind juni en de omgeving en het strand zijn nog lekker rustig.

Very cozy bus with nice porch built to it. Another 2 terraces available to enjoy the sun. The kitchen and bathroom are very practical and fully equipped.

Heel gezellig ingerichte bus met mooie veranda eraan gebouwd. Nog 2 andere terrasjes beschikbaar om van de zon te genieten. De keuken en badkamer zijn heel praktisch en volledig ingericht.

Beautifully situated, quiet place with nice view over the fields. Lots of privacy.

Prachtig gelegen, rustige plek met mooi uitzicht over de velden. Veel privacy.
