Nature house in Biggekerke

A lovely cottage, beautifully finished, all the trimmings. And very friendly owners. What is super nice is the space around the house, the garden with seating everywhere. Especially the bench next to the house was a favorite. Soaking up the sun with a cup of tea. The real vacation feeling. Especially with the chickens scurrying around you. Tip: what would make it even better for us is if there was a washing machine in the house. Or a general washing machine for all 5 cottages. Furthermore, the yard is nice and quiet. You come to a complete rest. Our daughter also enjoyed that. Our daughter played in the garden. A small spot with a swing, climbing frame or stretching pole would be the finishing touch for her. As a little extra entertainment, without it becoming a whole play paradise.

Een heerlijk huisje, mooi afgewerkt, alles er op en eraan. En hele vriendelijke eigenaren. Wat super fijn is, is de ruimte om het huis, de tuin met overal zitjes. Vooral de bank naast het huis was favoriet. Lekker in de zon een kop thee drinken. Het echte vakantiegevoel. Zeker met de rondscharrelende kipjes om je heen.

Als tip: wat het voor ons nog af zou maken is als er bijvoorbeeld een wasmachine in het huisje zou zijn. Of een algemene wasmachine voor alle 5 de huisjes. Als je langer weg bent, is dat nog extra fijn.

Verder is het erf lekker rustig. Je komt helemaal tot rust. Ook onze dochter genoot daarvan. Onze dochter heeft heerlijk in de tuin gespeeld. Een klein plekje met bijvoorbeeld een schommel, klimrek of rekstok zou het voor haar nog afmaken. Als klein beetje extra vermaak, zonder dat het een heel speelparadijs wordt.

Mr. Janssen is a wonderful place. Wonderfully quiet in nature and at the same time within biking distance of everything close by. Like the beach or a town.

Meneer Janssen is een prachtige plek. Heerlijk rustig in de natuur en tegelijk op fietsafstand van alles dichtbij. Zoals het strand of een plaatsje.

Clean and finely decorated house. Very complete kitchen. Good mattresses and also a lovely sofa in the living room. The wood stove is small, but nice. Also nice and warm feet because of the underfloor heating. Sea and beach are quickly accessible by car. If you like hiking, then the distance is definitely walkable. Rain or nice weather: there is plenty to do in the area. Question 3 I did not answer, because we made a lot of use of the house. In addition, we mainly walked by the sea at Dishoek and spent an afternoon in Middelburg.

Schoon en fijn ingericht huis. Heel complete keuken. Goede matrassen en ook een heerlijke bank in de woonkamer.
De houtkachel is klein, maar fijn. Ook lekker warme voetjes door de vloerverwarming.
Zee en strand zijn met de auto snel bereikbaar. Hou je van wandelen, dan is de afstand zeker wandelbaar.
Regen of mooi weer: er is in de omgeving genoeg te doen.

Vraag 3 heb ik niet beantwoord, omdat we veel gebruik hebben gemaakt van het huis. Daarnaast vooral gewandeld aan zee bij Dishoek en een middag vertoeft in Middelburg.

Beautiful, spacious cottage in the middle of the fields and around the house a beautiful open garden. There are cozy chickens walking around and in the morning we were awakened by the birds. Running pheasants and hares running after each other seen. No deer, but we weren't up that early. We felt right at home.

Prachtig, ruim huisje midden in de velden en rondom het huis een prachtige open tuin.
Er lopen gezellig een paar kippen rond en s'morgens werden we gewekt door de vogels.
Snellopende fazanten en achter elkaar rennende hazen gezien. Geen hertjes, maar zo vroeg waren we ook nog niet op.
Wij voelden ons meteen thuis.
