Very cozy cottage in the woods, very quiet yet close to nice towns . Fine stove and hot tub - spacious and good beds ! definitely recommended

Erg gezellig huisje in de bossen, zeer rustig gelegen en toch dicht bij leuke stadjes .

The cottage was neat and clean. The beds sleep great and there is plenty of closet space. The stairs in the house are not suitable for people with mobility problems. In the kitchen it is a bit of a search but everything is there. Only we missed wine glasses but we solved this with other glasses. The pool table provides cozy evenings and the hot tub is absolutely great! Also a fireplace inside is cozy. On the veranda (balcony) outside is great to stay and enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunset.

Het huisje was netjes en schoon. De bedden slapen heerlijk en er is genoeg kast ruimte. De trap in huis is niet geschikt voor als je slecht te been bent.
In de keuken is het even zoeken maar alles is aanwezig. Alleen miste we wijnglazen maar dit hebben we opgelost met andere glazen. De Pooltafel zorgt voor gezellige avonden en de hottube is helemaal geweldig! Ook een openhaard binnen is gezellig. Op de veranda(balkon) buiten is het heerlijk vertoeven en genieten van de mooie zons-op en ondergang.

What a beautiful setting! The view is breathtaking and the surroundings wooded and green. There are cottages nearby but you do not have a view of and bothered by them. You look out from the balcony on the valley and the hills beyond. The area is beautiful for a walk. You can walk to the Ourte and a pedestrian bridge or up the hills. The cottage itself is on a hill. The road there is a challenge but in itself doable. With lots of rain or sleet it will be more difficult. Hotton is nearby with the beautiful caves. Also a nice place for shopping etc.

Wat een prachtige omgeving! Het uitzicht is adembenemend en de omgeving bosrijk en groen. Er zijn huisjes in de buurt maar daar heb je geen zicht op en last van. Je kijkt vanaf het balkon uit op de vallei en de heuvels ernaast. De omgeving is prachtig voor een wandeling. Je loopt zo naar de Ourte en een voetgangers brug of omhoog de heuvels op. Het huisje staat zelf ook op een heuvel. De weg erheen is een uitdaging maar opzich prima te doen. Met veel regen of ijzel zal dit lastiger zijn. Hotton ligt vlakbij met de prachtige grotten. Ook een mooie plek voor boodschappen enz.

Even though the cottage itself was wonderful, I do have a few things to criticize, especially since in my opinion something was wrongly deducted from the deposit, starting with the worst, there is simply no cutlery, plates and cups can be found after some searching. So unfortunately we had to go shopping again at the supermarket and get everything we needed such as washing-up liquid, sponges for cleaning, some toilet paper and cutlery. That's why we unfortunately had to use the pizza machine on the first day because you can't cook without a wooden spoon etc. and you can't eat too well without cutlery and the supermarket is only open until 18 xD The worst thing is that when we were looking for cutlery !VERY EASY! we pulled on a drawer which unfortunately wasn't true but only appeared to be. However, it was already in the hand (visibly that someone had already had it in their hand several times and it was already broken out) which we were charged for.

Auch wenn das Häuschen an sich wunderbar war, hab ich doch einiges zu bemängeln, vorallem da uns meiner Meinung nach zu unrecht etwas von der Kaution abgezogen wurde.

Angefangen direkt mit dem schlimmsten, es gibt einfach kein Besteck, Teller und Tassen findet man nach einigem durchsuchen. Darum mussten wir leider nochmal im Supermarkt einkaufen und uns alles holen wie Spüli, Schwämme zum Reinigen, etwas Toiletten Papier und halt Besteck. Darum mussten wir am ersten Tag leider auf den Pizza Automat zugreifen weil ohne Kochlöffel etc lässt es sich nicht kochen und ohne besteck auch nicht all zu gut essen und der Supermarkt hat nur bis 18 auf xD

Das allerschlimmste ist das wir bei der Suche nach Besteck !SEHR LEICHT! an einer Schubladen gezogen haben welche leider keine Wahr sondern nur zum schein. Dabei hatte man sie allerdings schon in der Hand (Sichtlich das diese schon etliche male jemand in der Hand hatte und diese bereits rausgebrochen war) was uns in Rechnung gestellt wurd.

The nature around the house is really unique, with the beautiful location right in the valley you have a beautiful view over the whole forest, you can see hills/mountains in the distance and have a cute view of the village :) There is even a river nearby where you can relax a bit

Die Natur rund ums Haus ist wirklich einzigartig, mit der schönen Lage direkt in dem Tal hat man eine wunderschöne Aussicht über den kompletten Wald, kann Hügel/Berge in der Ferne sehen und hat einen niedlichen ausblick auf das Dorf :)

Sogar ein Fluss ist in der Nähe an dem Mann sich ein wenig entspannen kann
