The cozy cottage (4 pers) stands on about 6000m2 of land and has downstairs about 20 m2 of living space with heating. Here is a sofa bed, dining area with 4 chairs, kitchen, incl kettle, coffee maker and 2-burner stove. The bathroom has a small sink, toilet and shower cabin. Upstairs there are 2 single beds. On the terrace you can enjoy the peace, sounds of the countryside and the wide views, with both sunrise and sunset. NB the finishing touches are not quite finished, but that is what the price is for...........
Nature and surroundings
In the surroundings of this nature house you can hike and bike. Along our farm runs a walking route and near our property are several bicycle routes. Water lovers can go to park Borgerswold in Veendam. The cities of Groningen, Assen and Emmen can be reached in about 30 minutes by car. In 45 minutes you are in Germany.
