Welcome! Attractive apartments located in a monumental old building: a dairy factory designed by the architect Gerrit Feenstra. The Tiny house (60 m2 is quite large for tiny) is located next to the old butter factory. The name completely covers the load. Previously, this outbuilding was a stable for draft horses that pulled the milk trucks off and on. Now it has been made suitable as living space for 2 persons. The nature house is located on a beautiful estate between Vorden and Ruurlo and is a fantastic base for hikers and cyclists.
Nature and surroundings
Turning into the Zuivelweg in Vorden toward the estate already gives a vacation feeling. Because of the trees on either side of the road, deer can regularly be spotted in the high grass behind it. This typical Achterhoekse landscape, where forests, meadows and estates thread themselves together, is excellent for walking and cycling. The lovely villages of Ruurlo and Vorden are within walking and cycling distance. In the area there are great museums and you can eat out well.

De ontvangst was heerlijk warm (de vloerverwarming werkt goed) en de omgeving is groen en rustig. Ondanks dat de inrichting van het huisje niet super mooi is en de schoonmaak wat beter kan, was het ontzettend fijn om er te verblijven. In het echt ziet het huisje er mooier uit dan op de foto's. Zutphen is een leuk stadje om heen te gaan. Daarnaast is Kasteel Hackfort een aanrader voor een wandeling en lunch.
Heerlijk huisje midden in de natuur. Super weinig omgevingsgeluid, maar wel van de vogels :)

Leuk huisje met alles wat je nodig hebt. We lazen in de reviews dat er geen oven was maar toen wij er kwamen was er wel een combi-magnetron/oven. Waarschijnlijk was die nieuw aangeschaft. Niet mega veel keukenuitrusting maar prima voor een fantastisch weekendje in de natuur. Neem spelletjes mee want het internet was bij ons best traag dus denk niet dat je kan netflixen :)
Je loopt zo het bos in, waar je direct verschillende wandelroutes kan volgen.

Fijn huisje, prima prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Een heerlijk groot bad en comfortabele vloerverwarming. Fijn bed. Prachtige omgeving.
Verbeterpunten:
-Weinig middelen in de keuken. Wat meer glazen en mokken zou fijn zijn.
-Her en der wat stoffig
-Wat te eten aanbieden voor de gastenFijne rustige plek. Mooi rondje kunnen wandelen van 5km.
