The Duinhuis is in a unique location in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen, at the dune entrance to the beach at Waterdunen nature reserve. With a large, enclosed garden with hot tub and Ofyr-bbq, the sound of the sea, a tasteful interior: discover this beautiful vacation home in one of the most popular vacation spots in the Netherlands. This unique house, located on a cul-de-sac in Breskens, has been renovated with love and passion. With luxury, comfort and a stylish interior as starting points, a vacation spot has been created that combines a feeling of coming home with the luxury of a hotel. Upon arrival, the beds are made with soft, cotton linens and bathrobes + slippers are provided. There are two bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds and an extra bed on the landing. The house has underfloor heating, a luxury kitchen including a Quooker and a bathroom with blissful rain shower.
Nature and surroundings
Staying closer to the sea is almost impossible and you are right in the middle of nature. The house is on the beach shelter not far from the Breskens lighthouse. You step out of the house, walk a few steps and feel the sand between your toes. In the backyard is the Waterdunen; a nature reserve like no other, directly connected to the Westerschelde. With a large, enclosed garden and the sound of the sea and birds flying overhead, it feels like you're alone in the world here, and all the while you're staying at one of the most popular vacation spots in the Netherlands. Through the garden doors you reach the spacious garden, furnished with everything you could want. A terrace with windbreaks, large dining table, umbrellas, delicious sun beds, an Ofyr BBQ and campfire area. If desired, we fill the hot tub tank with bio-diesel so that it can remain at your desired temperature throughout your stay. This is an additional option: Weekend: €65 Midweek: €79 Week: €125
