A nice place to fully unwind, read, write, study, listen to music, eat good food, drink wine. For 2 people but with room for a possible crib. Located on a property of 3 ha surrounded by agricultural land, at the end of a cul-de-sac. Along the road is the canal, with on both sides only a bicycle path. So no traffic noise. On the estate is also the home of the owners and a smaller guest house. The house is well insulated and is fired by a wood stove. Dry wood is available in abundance.
