Relaxed Veluwe forest villa on a spacious property (8,200 m2, fully fenced) with its own private forest on very quiet, dead end road ending at the game grid towards 3,300 acres of varied (Speulder) forest/heathland. This nature house is ideal for a family/business/group retreat with all the space & tranquility around you. The villa has a living room, TV/music room, work/study room, dining room, kitchen, relaxation loft (with 1 crib), 6 bedrooms (2 downstairs, all with a double bed), 2 bathrooms and a laundry room/hall. On the property there is a sauna house with swimming pond (12x4). The house was completely renovated in 2020, insulated and has a comfortable concrete floor with underfloor heating. Midweek: almost only for bookings from Monday or Tuesday, but therefore very spacious arrival / departure times possible. In consultation possibly other bookings possible.

Garderen is one of Veluwe villages surrounded on all sides by forests and moors and some rolling fields. This forest villa is located on the outskirts of the village in the countryside hidden in the greenery. The environment and the house is very suitable for families or a group of colleagues, who want to be in nature, walking, by (mountain) bike or just want to relax, meditate, have a nice retreat.
