Old baker's oven, restored with healthy, quality materials, situated in the middle of an area of one hectare, wooded with oaks, which provides coolness in summer.the house is comfortable with a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room, a toilet, two WCs and a very bright living room. The house is on one level. There are no neighbors except the owner, who lives alone 30m away.
Nature and surroundings
The estate is 3 km from the village, in the middle of the Landes forest. Deer, wild boar and other small wild animals can be found here. In winter, you can see the cranes that stay nearby. 8 km away is the Lac d'Arjuzanx, where you can enjoy all kinds of water sports and discover the area with the help of nature rangers (2,500 ha). On site, there's a children's hut with a swing and table tennis. Chickens, two cats and a dog live here. A bit further on, there are two mares and two donkeys. The estate is located on the edge of a 35 km bridle path.
