Nature house in Monte Judeu / Lagos

This small semi-detached house is very privately situated on a huge plot in the middle of untouched nature with lots of privacy. Lagos or Luz and the beach are about 7 kilometers away. The Nature house has approx. 55 m², a bedroom with en suite bathroom with a 2 person box spring bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The house is suitable for 2 adults with or without children (max. 2). There is a kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother. The bathroom has a bathtub with rain shower. There are cribs and high chairs for children. Both halves of the house are completely separate, the other half of the house is currently occupied by the owners. The cottage has a wood-burning stove and electric heating and is therefore also very comfortable in winter.

The semi-detached house is situated on a gentle hill on a total of 5 hectares of land. It is very private, but not lonely. The neighboring houses are at a pleasant distance without direct eye contact. You have an enchanting view of the countryside. The Nature house is supplied with water from a deep well. There are solar panels on the roof that supply the house with hot water (with electronic support if the sun is not sufficient). The electricity is mainly produced by a photovoltaic system. You can take beautiful walks and hikes directly from the house. On the cozy terrace there is an outdoor sofa and a small table with 4 chairs. It is not far to the beaches and Lagos, but you are far enough away from the hustle and bustle if you are looking for peace and quiet.
