This nature house is a very functional room. The floor space is less than the Hay/Stable stay. Still, everything is there. There is a separate washroom. Sleeping eating and living is done in the same room (studio). Furthermore, the room has many windows (all double glazed) and almost all windows can be opened. Some windows have ventilation grids. Darkening is done with attractive curtains. The shower room is tiled in its entirety. There is a hanging toilet, shower cabin and a sink made of hard plastic with plenty of storage space. The nature house is located in the outskirts of Hattemerbroek at the edge of the woods. Geographically, the area is called the Flint Mountain. It borders the beautiful Veluwe forests and the Overijssel nature reserves. Within walking distance you can reach the picturesque town of Hattem and the vast area of the Wezepse heath. A little further (cycling distance) are the towns of Zwolle, Kampen, Elburg, Heerde and Epe. The forest area is an extensive nature reserve containing a vast network of paved bicycle paths and marked walks. It is the most beautiful cycling area in the Netherlands. In the vicinity is also the Heerderstrand. A large recreational area in the middle of nature. For the hiking enthusiast, a visit to the (Alfred) Vogeltuinen (Biohorma) is also more than worthwhile. The gardens are located near the village;t Harde.
