However, if I have to pay the 85 € final cleaning fee then it should be a lot cleaner for the few square meters.

Ob es das Sofa oder die Küchenstühle waren, beides bedarf einem Austausch. Ich würde es mir gerne am Abend gemütlich machen was mit diesen Möbeln bestimmt nicht mehr möglich ist.
Den Fernseher haben wir nicht genutzt, daher kann ich dazu nichts sagen.
Die Küche ist vollkommen ausreichend, alles vorhanden was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht.
Im Badezimmer ist soweit auch noch alles gut außer der Geruch der wohl entweder aus der Toilette oder aus dem Abfluss in der Dusche kam. Das war sehr unangenehm.
Die Matratze im Bett war mir etwas zu hart aber das ist mein empfinden, andere sind damit sicherlich zufrieden.
Ich gucke nicht auf 100 Prozent Sauberkeit daher war es okay für mich.
