This authentic Italian Casa is located near Piegaro on the border of Umbria and Tuscany. It has a phenomenal view over a beautiful valley and the Lago di Trasimeno. The nature house has a spacious private pool with newly renovated stone terrace, where you can enjoy water and sun in complete privacy. Unique is the covered patio with large marble table, where you can almost always sit. The whole year around. Inside you will find a comfortable kitchen with wooden dining table for 6 people, a sitting area with three armchairs and a sofa. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an additional terrace for morning coffee. There is an authentic Italian outdoor barbecue and inside there is a fireplace for when the evenings get chilly.Two cars can be parked in front of the door.
Nature and surroundings
The beautifully located nature house overlooks in depth one of the largest lakes in Italy: Lago di Trasimeno. An unforgettable panorama. The Lake offers the possibility to swim, lie on a beach bed, sail, take boat trips and visit the islands. Around the lake are picturesque towns and city castles where you can get delicious fish from the wall. In autumn and winter you can see the clouds hanging over Lago in the morning while you sit in the sun under a clear blue sky. Within 15 min you are in beautiful medieval towns nearby oa Panicale and Citta de la Pieve. There are countless hiking and biking trails, even from the house itself you can go in all directions and walk against wild boar, foxes and badgers. But there is also a riding school and three golf courses nearby. And of course good ristoranti and vineyards where you can taste surprisingly good wine and buy for an attractive price.
