Holiday home with a view of the pool, part of the Il Giuggiolo property.This nature house offers two convenient entrances. The spacious and well-equipped kitchen features a large table and two sofas. The living area is characterized by a large lounge with big windows, drapes in a color scheme matching the walls, sofas, and a fireplace. The bedrooms, with a double bed of 1.80m, are designed to offer maximum comfort without compromising on space. One of the bedrooms provides access to an additional room with a single bed. There are two bathrooms, both with a very large shower, toilet, and bidet. The color scheme and furniture selection have been carefully designed to optimize space, with no detail overlooked! Adjacent to the house, there is a porch furnished with wooden furniture, perfect for dining, perhaps after a dip in the pool!

Il Giuggiolo is located in an exclusive and panoramic spot, offering a breathtaking view of the charming medieval village of Isola di Fano. Surrounded by the green countryside, it is also an ideal starting point for exploring the wonders of the Marche region. Il Giuggiolo holiday homes are immersed in a corner of uncontaminated nature, where the colors and scents of the garden envelop every corner. Here you can literally pick organic fruit from the trees, eat in the shade of the trees, listening to the chirping of birds, the croaking of frogs, the song of cicadas during the hot summer days. The garden is perfect for sharing pleasant moments with your family: you can play bowling or giant checkers. The L-shaped swimming pool of 10x15 m has an initial depth of 0,95 m and maximum depth of 1,30 m. The L-shape provides a shallow area for the children. The relaxation area, with comfortable loungers and umbrellas, is ideal for enjoying the sun in complete tranquility.
