If you are with a larger family, or want to spend some quiet time with friends (there is a minimum age of 25 years), this is the place for you. All year round you can enjoy this large villa (gasless) and energy neutral on the lake. It has heating and pellet stove (great in winter) a kitchen with combi-oven, dishwasher and nespresso machine. A toilet on the ground floor and one in the bathroom. On the ground floor is the dining room and living room with SMART TV and Netflix option. On the second floor there are 4 bedrooms, two bedrooms have a double bed and the other two bedrooms have 2 single beds each. This makes it suitable for 8 people. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub/shower combo and one with a large rain shower.

The Paterswoldsemeer and the Hoornseplas are connected, around this watery area is a small-scale recreation area where it is pleasant and quiet recreation. Canoeing, sailing, renting a sloop, it's all possible here. All year round you can enjoy the many (water) birds, deer, walking, cycling and tranquility. For those who also like to visit a nice village, Haren is a nice recommendation. Small-scale and no large chain stores to be seen. And of course the city of Groningen with its Groninger Museum and other cultural activities.
