La Campanette is a charming 135 m3 Provencal-style villa with three bedrooms, one on the first floor with a 160 x 200 bed and two upstairs, each with two 90 x 200 beds, two bathrooms, three WCs, a well-equipped traditional kitchen and a spacious living room opening onto a large southwest-facing covered terrace with electric barbecue and plancha. From 2023, the two upstairs bedrooms will be equipped with air-conditioning for greater comfort in hot weather.La Campanette was joined to La Pitcholine following the construction of a small tower, but remains totally independent with the exception of the swimming pool, which is shared by both villas.In high season, we particularly recommend renting the two villas to families who know each other - the capacity is then 12 people and the 15 x 4-meter swimming pool becomes private.

The villas are located in the heart of nature at an altitude of 220 m, in the private ten-hectare Bramafan estate with a dominant south/west view, just 1 km from the village of Plascassier, guaranteeing peace and quiet in all seasons. The surrounding hills and mountains are still very natural, such as the Gorges du Loup and the Caussols Plateau (approx. 1000m), which offers magnificent hiking trails. Delightful villages such as Valbonne, Gourdon and Tourette/loup offer a complete change of scenery, not forgetting the Verdon gorges, just an hour's drive away. A densely wooded region with wild flora and fauna, including wild boar, and less than half an hour from Cannes or Nice-Côte d'Azur.
