The 100% solar powered house is supplied with water from a natural spring. It is located 6 km away from the first village (Travasarianika) and is the only house on the beach.

The left side of the beach (looking from the house) has some wooden umbrellas and a small cantina and the right side of the beach is alsonudist. So up to you to choose! This is a place that never gets crowded even in August (high season). The place is a 20-minute drive from the beautiful capital of Cythera (Chora) and a 12-minute drive from the village of Livadi, where you can find all the facilities (supermarket, tavernas, etc.) Kobonada beach is known for having the most beautiful sunrise on the whole island, because for sunset you have to go to the more wild west side for some spectacular sunsets.
