The nature house (70 m2) consists of 2 floors. Through the glass entrance you enter the spacious, bright kitchen which has been renovated while maintaining original details. The kitchen has an oak worktop, new gas stove, a spacious double sink, new washer and dryer and refrigerator, with a beautifully renovated "Creusoise" wall and an original granite fireplace with wood stove. Hot water is provided by an electric boiler of 150 liters. From the kitchen you enter the living room equipped with a large table. The first floor consists of two spacious bedrooms with the second bedroom being accessed through the first. The second bedroom is equipped with shower, sink and toilet with sanybroyeur. There is a second toilet in the meadow. Around the house there is a fenced garden of 300 m2.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located at the top of a hill (about 450 meters altitude) and has all around unobstructed views of the beautiful surroundings, which is also directly the aspect that makes this house so unique, the ultimate peace and picturesque silence...But still near a village (with bakery and supermarket) and much to experience in the area. An impression: - All around beautiful views of forests, meadows and villages across the valley. Down the valley two large rivers meet, over which there is a beautiful bridge. There are biking and hiking trails nearby. The cottage is on an unused railroad line, and there is no through road so peace and quiet is assured. Many flea markets nearby.
