The cottage is for max 6 pers, and from 2 nights to book. The nature house is built in the back part of our residential farm, beautifully situated, in the Frisian countryside. Everything is available for a nice vacation, short or long. In the large stable you will find our horses/pony`s, in the barn there are chickens, goats, cats, and if you are lucky, the owl, who also lives in our barn. In the meadow, in front of the cottage, sometimes walk beautiful Jersey cows or deer. A true paradise of nature. ** (the stay is without breakfast, bed and bath and kitchen linen) **
Nature and surroundings
A stone's throw away is the Veenkloosterbos, where you can make beautiful walks and visit the deer camp, wild deer sometimes running loose in the woods (Due to breeding season closed between 15 Mar - 15 June) The wadden area, the National Park Lauwersmeer, is a 15 min drive from us, wonderful cycling and walking routes. Elfsteden City Dokkum with its beautiful history and its cozy shopping and restaurants are within 15 min. But so much more beautiful in the region!

Claudia June 15, 2025 General rating:The apartment is very nice and spacious including a small terrace to sit outside. The courtyard offers good space for parking the car and also has storage facilities for bicycles.

Niek April 27, 2023 General rating:Fijn huisje, erg comfortabel. Alles is aanwezig. Prima bedden, ruime woonkamer. Hele fijne mensen. Erg gastvrij en leuk met de kinderen. Er is van alles te doen in de nabije omgeving. De kinderen hebben genoten van de dieren bij dit verblijf en zijn elke dag gaan helpen met voeren en verzorgen.

Stephanie August 5, 2022 General rating:Alles was aanwezig (zeer praktisch met een baby en peuter) en de bedden sliepen heerlijk. Heel leuk dat we bij de dieren in de stallen mochten kijken en gebruik mochten maken van de karren en glijbaan.
