Nature house in Mussel

This nature house is a solid and cozy log cabin of about 8 x 8 meters. On the ground floor are located the living room, kitchen and bathroom/toilet, upstairs a landing and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has 3 single beds. The log cabin is located at the southern tip of our 1.7-hectare estate, half of which consists of forest. Buitenplaats PUUR is a green oasis amidst fields and meadows. The terrace faces west, where the sun sets. The front of the log cabin faces the Mussel-Aa and a large window gives a beautiful view from the living room. Next to this nature house is a second log cabin (currently inhabited) and further on the grounds are two 2-person basic cabins (stuga s). On the north side live the owners. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner stove (gas), oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The bathroom has a toilet, shower and sink. There is no TV.

The hamlet Kopstukken lies along the edge of the municipality of Westerwolde, a beautiful nature reserve along and around the valley of Ruiten-Aa. Beautiful varied walking and cycling routes (node 39), close to Sellingen, Ter Apel and Bourtange, but also not too far from Borger, Exloo and Drouwen.
