Our caravans offer everything you need for a self-sufficient glamping adventure amidst the beautiful nature of the Hessian hinterland on the edge of the Lahn-Dill-Bergland Nature Park. With a lot of muse and attention to detail, we have converted the two caravans ourselves and given them a new lease of life. On their few square meters they now offer all the comfort for an extraordinary overnight experience. Our "Kohlmeischen" has a cozy double bed measuring approx. 160 x 200 cm and a well-equipped, covered outdoor kitchen with a gas hob, drinking water tank and the most important kitchen utensils. There is a charming toilet house with a composting toilet and an outdoor washbasin with a washbasin and drinking water tank. Unfortunately there is no shower (yet). Nature and surroundings
Our small lodge is located in a garden belonging to BUND e.V. Biedenkopf. The plot is outside the built-up area, close to the edge of the forest. There are only a few other garden plots with weekend cottages in the neighborhood. The river Lahn flows below and the Lahntal cycle path and the Lahn hiking trail are just a stone's throw away. If you wish, you can have the otherwise shared property all to yourselves. The two caravans are only rented out together and not to different groups at the same time, and the garden offers plenty of space, a fireplace with barbecue grill and some play equipment are also available. The view of the castle ("Das Schloss") from there is unique. It is also worth visiting the "Hinterland Museum", the beer garden and climbing the tower! Despite the natural surroundings, restaurants/cafés, a small kiosk, bakeries and butchers as well as the outdoor pool are less than 15 minutes' walk away.
