Nature house in Turnhout

Private wellness experience in a relaxing atmosphere amidst nature. Covered terrace, garden, sauna & hot tub. Kitchen garden that you are free to pick from. Our focus is on ecologically responsible enjoyment. Especially suitable for couples fond of privacy, but also nice for families. The nature house is located near a beautiful nature reserve. The center of Turnhout and Baarle-Hertog can be reached in 5 min. Bicycles and cycling routes available, public transport within walking distance. Our heated safari tent has 2 bedrooms one with queen size bed and one with single bed and bunk bed. Everything is located on the ground floor. There is a relaxation area with sitting area, kitchen and dining room. There is a nice bathroom with shower and toilet. In our safari tent you will also find interesting reading materials about health, wellness & nature. We also offer coffee and tea facilities in the nature house. Bed and bath linen to be provided by yourself. At freezing temperatures possibly too cold due to pellet stove in tent.

Our safari tent is located in the middle of the Turnhouts Vennen area, a beautiful nature reserve with extensive habitat for various birds. Bustling Turnhout is also 5 km from our chalet. Especially in the summer there is something to do here every weekend. Enjoy a snack or a drink on the main market or go shopping in the Gasthuisstraat. If you prefer to look closer to home you can go for a coffee or small lunch at the railroad station. Are the children crazy about animals then you can also visit the pony farm about 1km from our site, also at our bio farm they can get acquainted with different animals. Be sure to visit Baarle-Hertog-Nassau, located 5 km from our site. In Baarle there is in fact an enclave situation. An enclave is a piece of territory completely surrounded by territory of another state. What makes Baarle so unique is that there is not one enclave; there are thirty in total!
