The 84 m2 stone house is comfortable. An entrance to the living room makes you want to sit back and relax. A fireplace for cooler days, surrounded by armchairs and a sofa. The library next to the TV. You also enter from outside through the blue kitchen, which is convivial and pleasant. It's equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. A bathroom with bath/shower and toilet is at your disposal. From the living room, an open staircase leads to the 1st floor, where the sleeping area awaits you. A double bed (140cm) + 1 single bed (090cm), a writing area and a library. Another bedroom with 2 single beds, washbasins and toilet. This room has access to the garden via a stone staircase. The annex in the courtyard: a large shower with washbasins and toilet. Laundry room: washing machine, freezer, sink, barbecue, cushion.
Nature and surroundings
park and garden area You are 200 meters from the river with its canoes and hiking trails in a peaceful environment. The property is on several levels 1st level: the entrance to the house and the courtyard surrounded by stones and flowers. 2nd level: shady garden, deckchairs, tables. 3rd level: a meadow overlooking the upper town. View of the fortress and the 3 bell towers, a wood and an orchard. All in a haven of peace and quiet, where you can see or hear deer and birds. All this on a 2-hectare plot of land.
