Camping out? But not pitching a tent? New at Fort Vuren, furnished tents. Equipped with 2 nice beds, please note, you need to bring your own bedding, linen and towels! In the tents is enough space to store your stuff. There are clean sanitary facilities.
Nature and surroundings
This Fort is a real attraction on the river Waal. Hospitality is our top priority. The Fort Watch has a cozy living room ambience where everyone can enjoy a drink, a 'fort'-style lunch or a customized group arrangement in a relaxed, casual atmosphere. The tower is free to visit during the summer months. More luxurious accommodations are also available, for example in the Fort lodges or the Commander's Lodge.
