The chalet is a large mobile home measuring 11 x 3.30 meters. From the luxurious leather corner sofa in the living room you have a view of the floodplain. There is a private infrared sauna and a private outdoor hot tub*. The fully equipped (open) kitchen has a cozy bar with three seats, a DeLonghi coffee machine, refrigerator, kettle, 4 burner gas stove, toaster, oven/microwave etc. There is a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm wide). Also present: Towels and linen Wifi and digital TV Coffee beans Air conditioning In front of the nature house is a terrace and you can also use a piece of garden. Further down the garden is a fire pit, where many cozy hours have already been spent. The chalet is suitable for two adults * During night frosts, the hot tub cannot be used. In the cold seasons it can take about 6 hours for the hot tub to heat up. Cost is €15-30, depending on the outside temperature.

The nature house stands completely free in a natural garden, in the beautiful floodplains of the IJssel on a dirt road. The beautiful IJssel is a stone's throw away, accessible on foot through a meadow with wildflowers. The A1 motorway is visible and is about 1 km away. The typical Achterhoek small-scale landscape is very suitable for walking and cycling. The cozy Hanseatic city of Deventer is 3 km cycling from Epse and Zutphen is also within cycling distance. Greet the deer in the garden in the morning, enjoy the beautiful sunsets at night, and completely unwind.
