Nature and surroundings
This Fort is a real attraction on the Waal River. Hospitality is our top priority. Our restaurant has a cozy, living-room-like atmosphere where everyone can enjoy a drink, a “fort-tastic” lunch, or a customized group package in a relaxed, casual setting. The tower is open to the public during the summer months, and you can explore beautiful bike routes in the surrounding area. Luxury accommodations are also available, such as the Fortlodges or the commander’s quarters.
